Front Counter Team Member
At Chick-fil-A Roosevelt Field Mall we are looking for highly motivated individuals who love teamwork and serving others. Our Team Members have the opportunity to work alongside the franchise business owner, gain valuable life experience, and set and track goals that go beyond serving delicious food. Our Front Counter Team Members are responsible for providing fast, exceptional service to our guests as well as maintain a clean and efficient restaurant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with eye contact, a genuine smile, enthusiastic tone of voice, and staying connected
- Take guest orders on registers and provide correct change.
- Keep restaurant in clean working order
- Quickly bag and deliver food with accuracy
- Keep all condiments, cups, drinks, dessert, and other stations stocked
- Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures and standards
